Common questions

How do I start a journal?

Open the app, add your child, and write your first entry. You can capture a memory in seconds and add a photo to bring it to life.

Are my entries private?

Yes. Your journal is yours. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through your Apple account. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, to view, change, or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the current period ends.

Can I get my memories out of the app?

Your memories belong to you. If you'd like to export your data or have questions about it, email us and we'll help.
